For fruitful training, you have to make sure that the office conditions are favourable. Make sure that offices and staffrooms are ventilated. There should be sufficient sunlight to keep the employees awake. If you have heating or cooling systems, they should be working well too.

Besides this, you have to ensure that your workplace does not have stress and tension. Your employees need to be comfortable. For that, you should appreciate and respect them. do not undermine their efforts.
